Anthony has designated Charles Morfin of the AVG to be the CHG corridinator on this event. He will be the supervisor on the job. Space is at a premium, so don't hord or take more than simple amout of space. Look at the diagram above, it will give you a pretty good idea.
All weapons are to be carried in, ENCLOSED in some sort of bag, cover, towel, box or case. Once at the site, weapons can be displaced. BUT NO WALKING around the show grounds with carried or slinged weapons.
