The plan for the first quarter was to have a January ETO event, followed by a February Russian Front Event, and then ending the quarter with a Desert Battle.
As things unfolded, we were unable to get a site for January which pushed out the prospects for the ETO battle into February. To complicate things more, we were unable to secured another site for February for the Russian Front Battle.
This left the board with how best to address this issue. Because the Russian Reenactors only have basically (2) Events a year, and the fact they put up more reenactors than do the American reenactors at such events, it was decided to make this secured date a Russian Front battle and drop the ETO Event this time around.
The March Desert Battle is on schedule and the site secured.
