The Chino Air Show is May 4 - 5th 2013. Because of the increased number of vehicles which have become part of the CHG various displays, Show Planners are requiring that all such vehicles pre registered. This approval process is to insure show is aware of what vehicles are onsite. The form can be obtain at the link below. planesoffame.org/uploads/files/2013Airshow_Visiting_Military_Vehicle_App_pdf-form.pdfIf you have any futher questions or concerns you can contact Cindy, her email address is contained in the PDF.

I see that under our events page there is something written about a formed group of individuals who are coming up with a battle scenario to present to the public. Who has taken charge of this? The LRDG would like to be involved as well I had talked to Paul and Cindy quit a while ago about a battle scenario with some good ideas. We would like to be involved. Thanks

The so called public battle for Chino never seems to be the same as the year before. The issue is always the availablity of adequate "space" for a battle and a place for the public to surround the area and watch.
This year it seems the Chino Airshow folks are looking to do a Korean War demo on the tarmac in front of the Airshow crowd rather than a reenactor show behind them.
Here are probably two of the best examples of CHG staged Public Battle, There has been nothing that have come close to these in four years.
