I have to say that the more of this I see, the more excited I get.
I don't know how solid of a storyline Fury may have, but I am definitely excited to see how it looks visually.

The script/story for this film falls short of overall look of the film. I am not up on US Armor, but the infantry actions don't ring true. The gaining of a German town seems more like the actions of a Red Army follow on unit then an American attack force. The slow pan of German soldiers being forced to lean head first into a wall off balance and the interactions of the crew seem more in line with an Anti 9-11 film then a WW2 film. In general the tankers sure like to dis mount a lot in this movie. Missed chance to make a good WW2 film This is SPR in a post 911 Gitmo, Abu Ghraib etc world. The Director/writer David Ayer stated some of his peace time service in the Navy inspired him. The problem is WW2 wasn't peace time and it was not a volunteer force. Not a keeper.
