Bob Werling's new photography book, you saw it at the last CHG Board meeting. here is the link to Bob's website for the photo, a preview of the book, and ordering instructions: www.robertwerling.com/text/books.htm"CHG Yearbook" The book will be available to purchase from Bob at the Victorville battle and to find Bob at the 35th ID's camp, or at Bob's website, this is what Bob has written, and there is a review form an actual Viet Nam era Army combat photographer. About the Book The book is trade size edition, 220 pages, about 300 B&W photos made with myvintage 1940 Leica Camera. Several pages of text. I have tried to represent as many facets of CHG and 1940s war era events such as LA Air Raid as possible. Various vehicles and units are included with as many of my fellow members as possible. Comments I think the book flows with a lot of interesting history and folksy remarks and certainly plenty of great pictures. You can be very proud of those, many taken in the heat of battle and under varied weather conditions. I cannot sleep when I am cold. I remember my first night in Basic Training at Fort Polk with only one Army blanket in a cold, open barracks. Max Schnorf; US Army Photographer, Fort Bragg, 1966
