Nearly there, fischer. I've been busy communicating with the base staff and locking things into place. But, I am still awaiting some information before I actually put out hard details. I expect to have them by the end of the week.
Sorry it's taken a bit to get the info out. I didn't have much info to work with until the start of this month.

The unit leaders got e-mails with the info. Didn't your unit leader pass it on to you?

I just updated the event page to reflect the change in attendance price.
If you are a current CHG member, you should have gotten info I put out to unit leaders this week. I will continue to update them as I get more questions answered.
If you are a non-member, you MUST reach out and contact a CHG unit you wish to fall in with now. Random people showing up at the event will be turned away. Make contact now, even if you are thinking of coming, so that you are in the loop of the rules and guidelines being put out.

An information packet was sent out to CHG Unit Leaders this afternoon. Members and registered guests should contact their unit leaders to get that pamphlet if you have not received it yet.
