The Queen Mary is looking to host its second Spirit of '45 Event. They were happy with the support we gave them last year and the response the guests gave, so they are looking to put more budget into it. This should be a great event, so mark your calendars.

Members, check with your unit leaders. I just sent them an email with a ton of information about this event. It should be a nice event and the Queen Mary staff is being very accommodating to us. If you are interested in attending, contact your unit leader to find out how.

majortom: Are there Authenticity Standards on this site? A recent report from the US Authenticity Officer states that Authenticity Standards had been posted on the CHG website a month prior to the Jan 28 battle. I have been all over the site but can't find them. Jan 31, 2015 14:09:51 GMT -8

PRESIDENT: If you go to the January event (or any of the events) and click on the country named in the Authenticity headline (American, in this example), it'll open a PDF file that details what was required for that event. Feb 9, 2015 19:22:18 GMT -8

PRESIDENT: Not all of the countries were completed, though, as most of my Authenticity Officers (AOs) were not able to meet the deadline. The ones for American and UK/Commonwealth are current for March. Feb 9, 2015 19:23:37 GMT -8
