I am a writer/director here in the Los Angeles area and am currently scripting a short film set during WW2 a few days after D-Day. The short film is dedicated to my Grandfather who served in the Pacific theater with the VP-54 squadron. He was a lover of all things in film that had to do with the war. Especially the stories that came out of Europe.
I am looking for reenactors who would love to help up the production value on this short. I am needing a squad of SS German soldiers and a vehicle if possible. Anyone else who would like to be a part of this, I can find a way to get you in. It would mean a great deal to me if there's anyone out there willing to help. I am planning on submitting this film to several festivals and I can provide any footage to the CHG, create a commercial for you, etc.
